About
Indigo & Marigold is a new Etsy shop offering high-quality, handcrafted products from South Asia. We focus on traditional craftsmanship from India, fair working conditions, and environmentally friendly production methods. Our range includes clothing with traditional block printing, jewelry, home accessories, and digital art prints.

Position
We are looking for a dedicated person in Delhi (our office is located in Greater Kailash 2) to build and maintain our social media presence. You will be a central part of our small team and represent the authentic voice of our brand on social media.
​
Full-time Responsibilities
-
Creation and management of content for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok

Documentation of the development process of our products (photos and videos of artisans, production facilities, materials)

Collaboration with local craftspeople and artists to tell their stories
-
Development and implementation of a social media strategy in line with our brand values
-
Creation of a content calendar and regular reporting on performance metrics
-
Community management and responding to customer inquiries
-
Collaboration with our team in Germany

Requirements
-
Resident in Delhi or immediate surroundings
-
Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing
-
Experience with social media management and content creation
-
Excellent photography and basic video editing skills
-
Passion for Indian crafts, textiles, and art forms
-
Understanding of ethical and sustainable fashion
-
Independent working style and proactive thinking
-
Experience with Canva, Adobe programs, or similar design tools is an advantage

Fair monthly salary of 20,000-25,000 INR (based on experience)
